Monroe County residents tonight may share their thoughts to help county officials draft a pilot off-road bicycling program for county parks. A public workshop will be held at 6 p.m. at the Dolomite Lodge, which is behind the Penfield Town Hall, 3100 Atlantic Ave., Penfield. Area residents are asked to share their ideas at the workshop. Pilot sites will be at two county parks — Tryon Park in Rochester and Irondequoit Bay Park West in Irondequoit, according to county parks officials.
